I lived there for about a year and a half and I have to say its the best place ive lived at so far. The complex was beautiful management was helpful and my apartment was a good size for good price. Bristol Commons Apartments (Ver en mapa) Dirección: 732 E Evelyn Ave. Sunnyvale, California Teléfono: (408) 720-8566 I have lived at Bristol Commons for almost a year now. It is a comfortable and quiet place to live. I have no noise from neighbors and that is hard to find! Parking is only a slight problem and it isnt that big of an issue really. Things are fixed quickly. The only thing I am not crazy about is the noisy leaf blowers that go around every few days gathering up all the leaves. This park is a great plus for kids elders to meet others as well as young folks to play. Large storage space. Near 237 and 101 highways. Cons: 1 covered parking only but plenty of uncovered parking. Very few apartments have washer-dryer hookups inside the apartment. |

It has intriguing offers to lure the customer in but if you want to renew the lease than you end up paying whatever you saved the first year plus more. On top of that the management especially Anthony C is really bad who dont care about how they treat the residence. |
